Reports to: Broadcast Director
If you’re ready for the most invigorating ascent of a lifetime, Spawn Ideas is right for you. Our home base is in Anchorage, AK, nestled between the Pacific Ocean and the Chugach mountains. We’re a fully integrated advertising agency that’s independent and employee owned, which means our team of employees all have skin in the game. There are no sideliners here, just a bold and resourceful team with enough courage to summit any challenge for our clients.
Up here, we’re perpetual adventurers who pursue the outdoors and bring a fresh perspective to our creative work. We live by the mantra “when the agency succeeds, we succeed.” Our ownership and determination to push further has led us to success for our clients and a series of accolades we’re quite proud of.
Our recent big wins include Ad Age’s Small Agency of the Year, Northwest and a national award for Best Culture. We’ve also been voted one of Outside Magazine’s 100 Best Places to Work in America (seven years running), rising to number four in 2015. Inc. Magazine named us Fastest Growing Companies in America and we were also listed as one of the 75 Best Places to Work for Millennials (2015) in the country. Want to be part of an energetic team that plays as hard as we work? We’re looking for an Assistant Broadcast Producer.
Want to be part of an energetic team that plays as hard as we work? We’re looking for an Assistant Broadcast Producer.
An assistant broadcast producer thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and is great at keeping track of all the details. This person will be responsible for coordinating many aspects of production and execution of broadcast projects. They must be able to track multiple concurrent projects and communicate effectively. The assistant producer plays a major role in ensuring that work is completed correctly and on time, while keeping the Director of Broadcast Production and other staff members apprised.
Outstanding benefits. Spawn Ideas pays a generous portion of each employee’s insurance premium for themselves and their families. Beyond the basics, employees can be reimbursed for participating in walk/run races, for park passes, etc. The office is located one block from the Coastal Trail (a popular ski/walk/run trail), and just blocks from salmon fishing right downtown.
In addition, Spawn benefits include being automatically enrolled in our ESOP (employee stock ownership program) plan, annual performance-based discretionary bonus, 401K, medical, dental, vision, paid vacation and sick days, company paid holidays and summer and holiday hours programs that allow more time with family and more time enjoying the outdoors.
Spawn Ideas is an equal opportunity employer (EOE). We support diversity in the workforce. Reasonable accommodations will be considered for disabled individuals.
