position summary:

Our Digital Analyst will work across all Agency departments to develop, execute, track, and analyze digital marketing solutions for our clients. This role is responsible for data analysis to gain actionable insights and track real results for our clients. As a full-service Agency with an integrated approach, this position at Spawn will collaborate with account planning, creative, media and digital production. This role will continue to drive our Agency forward in identifying, implementing and measuring digital solutions.

Ideally, this position will be based in our Anchorage office.

key responsibilities:

  • Lead Agency process on campaign measurement to support client KPIs and ROI
  • Establish conversion tracking and A/B testing of creative
  • Execute, measure, and report on paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
  • Manage client-and Agency-owned social media
  • Responsible for digital pixel implementation and management
  • Oversee digital traffic to ensure accuracy in tracking and reporting
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative digital research to support campaign planning
  • Have acquired knowledge of consumer media consumption habits with an emphasis on digital trends
  • Work with digital and media teams to evaluate digital vendor opportunities

knowledge and skills:

  • Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools, platforms, solutions and technologies that support digital projects
  • Knowledge of marketing solutions (organic and paid) on social media platforms
  • Experience with third-party digital trafficking platforms including DCM
  • Knowledge of statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.)
  • Social media analytics experience
  • Macintosh operating system proficient
  • Demonstrated effective writing and speaking skills

education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
  • 2-3 years working in digital marketing
