Hi, my name is Siobhan (pronounced Shuh-von) and I am a Project Coordinator here at Spawn Ideas. This means I help manage the schedules, budgets and various other details that are needed to bring a project to fruition.

Tell us about the journey that led you to join the Spawn team.

I’d been following Spawn on social media for a while and periodically checked their hiring page. It looked like such a fun place to work! One day I saw a posting for a project management intern and from there, the stars aligned. I started as an intern in April 2018 and was hired as a project coordinator a few months later.

What are you most proud of from your work here at Spawn?

Definitely the vacation planner we redesigned for Travel Alaska. It’s one of the largest projects I’ve worked on while at Spawn and I am so proud of our team and the gorgeous end product.

What is your idea of success?

Being trusted with more responsibilities and feeling confident in my decisions.

What’s the best advice you were ever given, and who was it from?

“Work with people you like. Because if you have a hard day, it’s a lot easier to deal with it when you have a great group around you.” – my dad. I consider myself SO lucky to have such a supportive and fun team at Spawn.
