Who are you rooting for this year? No matter who you want to win the World Series in 2019, it – and major sporting events like it – provides an exciting, high-profile environment for advertisers to reach consumers. 

National advertisers were likely disappointed to see the exits of the Dodgers and Yankees (and their national followings), but there are still stories to tell in this series: Houston seeks their second World Series title in three years, and the Nationals are making their first-ever World Series appearance. And, this year marks the first time a World Series game will be played in our nation’s capital since the New York Giants beat the Senators in 1933.  

We at Spawn love to see the grit and determination and we’re hoping for a close series – getting to Game 6 and Game 7 definitely draws the attention of more sports fans… and gains media impressions.
